A warm welcome to all ICMA-Golfers
and their Guests. Start the Conference with
a relaxed Get-Together on one of the
finest Golf-Courses in Germany, Gut Kaden Golf and
Country Club, the former home of the German SAP & Deutsche Bank
Open.
If you want to participate – and we believe you should - please
register on or before 4 August 2009,
as we need to submit a final list of participants to Gut Kaden no
later than 11 August 2009.
You will appreciate that late registrants will only be able to participate
in the ICMA Golf Tournament on an "as available" basis.
Sorry, but because of the advance booking requirement at Gut Kaden,
there will be no refund for pre-paid ICMA Golf Tournament registrations
after 4 August 2009. Cancellations before 4 August 2009 will result
in a full refund.
If you need to rent clubs, please indicate right or left-handed.
This should be done when you register to ensure clubs being available.
The Charge for rentals from Gut Kaden will be EUR 25.
The Green Fee is EUR 125 (net! - please ensure bank transfer cost
are charged to transferor) and includes bus transfer, trolleys (no
E-Carts!), snacks at Tee 1 and the halfway house.
The busses will leave the Hotel at 0800 as there
will be a Tee 1 and Tee 10 start at 1000, with
both stroke play and scramble formats, and also a "Longest
Drive" - and "Nearest to the Pin" - Competition.
However, the ICMA-Trophy is for the best gross scorer in the stroke
play format only; best net scorers will be honoured as well.
